Agreement Overview
This Member Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Member") and Vindhya Vivah Sanskar ("We", "Us", "Company"). By registering on our platform, you agree to the following terms:
Member Declarations
As a member, you declare and confirm that:
- I am creating this profile for myself or for a family member with their full knowledge and consent.
- I am legally eligible for marriage under Indian law.
- All information provided in my profile is true, accurate, and complete.
- I am not currently married (or I am divorced/widowed).
- I will not use this platform for any unlawful purposes.
- I understand this is a matchmaking platform and the Company does not guarantee any matches or marriages.
Service Terms
- The Company provides a platform for introductions between prospective matrimonial partners
- The Company does not conduct background checks unless specifically requested
- All decisions regarding marriage are solely the member's responsibility
- Premium features require paid membership as per published pricing
Member Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and updated profile information
- Conduct proper due diligence before making any decisions
- Involve family members in the matchmaking process as appropriate
- Report any suspicious or fraudulent activities
- Protect account credentials and maintain security
Company Responsibilities
- Provide a secure and reliable platform
- Protect member privacy as per our Privacy Policy
- Take action against reported violations
- Provide customer support for platform-related queries
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for:
- Any disputes between members
- The authenticity of information provided by other members
- The outcome of any relationships or marriages
- Any losses arising from the use of our platform
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
Acceptance
By clicking "Register" or "I Agree" during the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
