Transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy (रिफंड एवं रद्दीकरण नीति)
At Vindhya Vivah Sanskar, we strive to deliver the highest quality matrimonial match-making services with complete trust and cultural integrity. Please read our policy below regarding membership cancellations and refunds.
1. Overview of Membership Plans
Vindhya Vivah Sanskar offers both free and premium subscription plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Assisted Matchmaking, and Kundli Services). All paid plans grant immediate digital access to contact details, chat credits, match insights, and astrologer consultations upon payment.
2. Cancellation Policy (रद्दीकरण नीति)
- Request Within 24-48 Hours: If you have purchased a premium plan by mistake or wish to cancel, you may submit a cancellation request within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, provided no contact details or chat services have been accessed.
- Activated / Utilized Services: Once a user has viewed contact phone numbers, initiated communications with profiles, or requested personalized Kundli analysis, the membership is considered actively consumed and cannot be cancelled.
3. Refund Eligibility & Scenarios (रिफंड पात्रता)
Refunds may be approved under the following genuine conditions:
- Duplicate / Multiple Debits: In the rare event of technical failure where your bank account or card was charged twice for the same order, the excess amount will be refunded 100% without deductions.
- Technical Failure on Platform: If payment was successful but your membership plan failed to activate due to an automated gateway glitch and our support team is unable to activate your service within 48 business hours.
- Unauthorized Fraudulent Transaction: In cases of documented card misuse, provided adequate proof and official intimation is given immediately.
4. Non-Refundable Situations (अप्रतिदेय स्थितियां)
Refunds shall NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after viewing prospective profiles or unlocking member contact numbers.
- Failure to find a desired match within the subscription period (Vindhya Vivah Sanskar facilitates matchmaking connections, but does not guarantee marital alliance or marriage outcome).
- Account suspension or termination resulting from violation of our Terms & Conditions, Rules & Regulations, or fraud/abuse.
- Customized Pandit / Astrologer Kundli Milan reports that have already been generated and shared.
5. Refund Processing Timeline (रिफंड की प्रक्रिया और समय सीमा)
Upon receiving your refund request, our verification team will review your account activity within 2 to 3 business days. If approved:
- The refund will be credited back directly to the original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card).
- Processing typically takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's clearing cycle.
- Standard payment gateway convenience fees (if charged by third-party processors) may be deducted as per banking rules.
