- Respect: Treat all members with dignity and respect. Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Privacy: Do not share other members' information without their consent.
- Single Account: Each person may maintain only one account on the platform.
- Photo Guidelines: Profile photos must be of the actual person seeking marriage, be recent, and appropriate.

Violation of any rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
Communication Rules
- Use polite and respectful language in all communications
- Do not send repeated messages if someone is not responding
- Avoid discussing financial matters in initial conversations
- Report any suspicious or inappropriate messages immediately
Meeting Guidelines
- First meetings should always be in public places
- Involve family members when meeting for the first time
- Verify the identity and background before making decisions
- Take your time - don't rush into any commitments
Verification Requirements
To maintain platform integrity, we require:
- Government ID verification (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport)
- Mobile number verification
- Email verification
- Photo verification (upon request)
Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for:
- Providing false information
- Harassing other members
- Financial fraud or solicitation
- Creating multiple accounts
- Sharing inappropriate content
